Biography

Ludivine Guex was born in 1981 in Geneva and is currently the head of the Culture Bureau of the City of Morges. She earned a DAS degree in cultural management, writing her graduation thesis on books’ role in public space. While active in politics, she has also worked in a culture center-theater and as a freelance journalist for the newspaper La Côte. In 2009, she was the co-winner of a prize for short stories published in a collection titled Plumes bigarrées (Éditions Campiche). In 2012, she studied theater direction and oversaw several political theater projects. She went on to found a theater company to mount one of her plays on Victor Hugo and the death penalty at the 2021 Avignon Festival.
