The Oil-Mill of Sévery

Owned and operated by the Bovey family for six generations now, the oil-mill of Sévery carries on the traditional techniques for producing oil from walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, colza, etc. The Boveys also produce artisanal flavored mustards, vinegars, and condiments. Guided tours and tastings are available year round.
